A Day in the Life of a NAEP Educator Engage Students with Real-Time Data & Personalized Learning Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons aligned with national and state standards. Utilize real-time data to adjust instruction and meet individual student needs. Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in a diverse learning environment. Create a Positive, Inclusive, and Culturally Responsive Classroom Establish a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning space. Implement Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS) to reinforce positive student behavior. Support students' social-emotional development while fostering a culture of equity and belonging . Innovate, Collaborate, and Grow as an Educator Partner with colleagues, administrators, and families to drive student success. Contribute to curriculum development, school-wide initiatives, and continuous improvement . Participate in paid professional development & leadership training to enhance your skills and career growth. Science Focused Instruction What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field (Required) ✅ Valid Teaching Certification or State Equivalent (Preferred) ✅ 1-3 Years of Teaching Experience (Including Student Teaching) ✅ Proficiency with Technology & EdTech Tools (Google Suite, LMS, Digital Instructional Tools) ✅ Commitment toStudent Success, Innovation, and Equity PM Wells Charter Job Types:
