Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Use effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement instructional plans
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in education or childcare is preferred
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
• Proficiency in math and literacy education
