Panama City, FL Job Duties:
Ensuring that the environment is safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate. Manage small and large groups of students in a classroom environment. Maintain a positive mindset towards student learning and their social-emotional development. Contribute to student learning, growth, and development. Facilitate problem-solving and be proactive while facing obstacles. Invest in the students well-being, health, and safety. Communicate effectively with students. Serve as a role model to the students. Display a passion for nurturing small children. Work efficiently within existing learning structures. Adhere to school policies and procedures.
