PSA is a premier educational academy dedicated to helping primary and middle school students (with select high school support) build strong academic foundations. We prioritize long-term relationships with our staff, offering a supportive, well-organized, and growth-oriented work environment. We are currently seeking Math and ELA (English Language Arts) Tutors who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity and live in or near our local area. Key Responsibilities Provide small-group (no more than 4) or 1-on-1 tutoring primarily for Elementary and Middle School students , with occasional support for foundational High School courses.

Math Subjects:

Elementary Math, Middle School Math (Pre-Algebra), and basic High School Math (Algebra I, Geometry).

ELA Subjects:

Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Essay Writing, and Vocabulary building. Deliver engaging lessons using provided academy curriculum and materials. Track student progress and communicate briefly with the director regarding student development. Maintain a structured, encouraging, and productive classroom atmosphere. Punctual, highly responsible, and looking for a stable, long-term commitment (at least 6-12 months). Must pass a standard background check. Schedule & Working Hours Part-time (3 to 5+ hours per week, with potential for more hours as student enrollment grows) After-school hours (typically between 4 PM - 7 PM, weekday schedule negotiable) Great opportunity for college/graduate students, former educators, or experienced tutors seeking a stable, low-stress schedule!
