Leadership Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate assistant to join our educational team school project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with day-to-day instruction with students, helping with data entry, helping to document attendance, helping to grade work on a digital platform, and supporting student learning. This role requires a strong commitment to education and a focus on student growth and development. This role requires strong leadership skills, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with students

Duties:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring or small group instruction to students, addressing individual needs and skill levels.
• Utilize learning technology to enhance the teaching and learning process.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

This position will take place in two school locations. Further details will be provided during interview.

Experience:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Experience with learning technology and its application in educational settings.
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Skills:

• Experience with childcare preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students of all ages.
• Experience working with students who require additional support or accommodations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The hiring hours for this position are: 8:00am
• 3:00pm 10:00am
• 3:00pm 12:15pm
• 3:30pm
