MPS/UPS, dependent on experience Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Dorchester . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher looking for a new role where they can inspire students and help them build confidence in Mathematics. You will be joining an established school where high-quality teaching and positive relationships with students are highly valued. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and the ability to deliver lessons that are engaging, accessible and appropriately challenging.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of students with varying abilities. Establish a positive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the wider Maths department. Support students in developing both their mathematical skills and confidence.What We're Looking For:
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching Maths within a secondary school. Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics.
