Maths Teacher - Dorchester Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Dorchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on students' mathematical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence, problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

The Role:

Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. Support students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs. Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations. Assess and monitor student progress. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department. Contribute to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience teaching Maths within a secondary setting. Strong subject knowledge. Excellent classroom management skills. A commitment to supporting student progress and achievement. Able to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
