Instructional Support Liaison Job Description:
This position provides direct services to students. This position is to support and work with students under the guidance of certified classroom teachers and building administrators. The position will implement targeted strategies and work on student skills to support and assist students in reaching their academic goals.Performance Responsibilities:
Assist in Planning for Student instruction Collect, analyze, and monitor student data and interventions Lead targeted interventions on academic instruction for small groups of students Attend professional development to support instruction Administer student testing and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers Any other additional duties as assigned, including class coverages Any other additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by the building administratorRequired Qualifications:
Associate's Degree OR 60 College Credits Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience with K-12 age group in a coaching or teaching environment Second Language skills preferredReports To:
Principal Terms of Employment:
In accordance with the Fall River Educators' Association Unit B contract. Salary ranges from $38,588- 46,904, Step 1-Step 4, Associate's Degree/60 College Credits
