Math Interventionist P/T Dolbeare Elementary School - 4.3 Wakefield, MA Job Details Part-time $26 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Faculty collaboration Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The Math Interventionist is responsible for supporting student achievement by providing direct small-group instruction to students not yet meeting grade-level expectations in math. This is a part-time position of 12-20 hours per week, generally between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm. This is an hourly position paid $26.00 per hour.

Duties:

Provide small group direct instruction to students identified as eligible for math intervention both within and outside the regular classroom setting Assist with identifying students for placement in intervention groups Collect data and progress monitor student growth Maintain communication with classroom teachers regarding student needs, intervention strategies utilized, and student progress Collaborate with the district STEM Curriculum Coordinator and building administrators

Requirements:

MA Licensure in appropriate area preferred Elementary math teaching experience preferred Bachelor's Degree Collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of basic learning and management strategies
