JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position is for a high school teacher under contract with a district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, or Washington counties to teach MCC Information Technology courses for dual credit at their home high school.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
  • Deliver MCC course objectives in the high school dual credit classroom
  • Ensure academic rigor aligns with on-campus expectations
  • Participate in departmental course assessments
  • Complete required curriculum training
  • Maintain an MCC-aligned course syllabus
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline and 2 years full-time related occupational experience OR
  • Associate's degree, current relevant industry certification, and 2 years full-time related occupational experience.
