Job Description

The Scott County Central School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of 7th-9th Math teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The qualified applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing daily instruction, preferably with a background knowledge in middle school math, technology, effective communication skills, an on-going commitment to personal professional development, and an ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the areas of teaching assignment; Valid Missouri Teacher Certificate in the appropriate subject and grade area; excellent oral and written communication skills; skills in human relations, leadership, and conflict management; knowledgeable teaching techniques that meet the diverse needs of students. The position will remain open until filled.
