You will plan engaging lessons in Algebra, Geometry, and higher math, use data to drive instruction, and maintain a warm, demanding classroom with high expectations for all students. Responsibilities Plan and deliver rigorous daily lessons in high school mathematics aligned to standards and college-readiness goals. Use data from assessments to analyze student progress and adjust instruction. Create an inclusive, well-managed classroom with high academic and behavioral expectations. Provide small-group and individual support, differentiating instruction for diverse learners. Collaborate with colleagues and instructional coaches to refine practice and share best strategies. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and goals. Participate in professional development, coaching, and observation/feedback cycles. Contribute to school culture through advisory, duties, and school events.
