SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Plan, develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with Pennsylvania state standards and the school/district curriculum. Facilitate hands-on, problem-solving and real-world math activities (e.g., algebraic reasoning, geometry, data/measurement) appropriate for middle school students. Regularly assess students' learning (quizzes, tests, projects), monitor progress, and tailor instruction/intervention accordingly. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage behavior, and support students' mathematical mindset and growth. Communicate with parents/guardians and collaborate with colleagues (e.g., grade-team, special education, intervention staff) and maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behavior.
