competition problems virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform Develop personalized training plans tailored to students' levels and goals Create high-quality problem sets, handouts, and learning materials aligned with various competition systems Stay up to date with the latest trends, formats, and problem styles of annual math contests Guide and mentor students in preparing for local and international math competitions, including BMT, HMMT, and others Schedule & Commitment Onboarding starts Summer 2026, with paid in-person training in June/July ~3-4 classes/week (3-hour classes, ~9-12 teaching hours), plus admin hours (problem set development, grading, prep, student/parent communication), total 30-40 hrs/week Class windows (Pacific Time): Wed-Fri, 4pm-8pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-8pm Once classes are assigned, your schedule stays consistent week to week (except federal holidays) Commit to at least one year (till May 2027)
