Part-time Responsibilities Provide engaging instruction in Math and English to students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Lead fun and interactive enrichment activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. Support students with different learning styles, skill levels, and academic needs. Explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching strategies. Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage students to participate actively and develop confidence in their abilities. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain appropriate classroom management and student engagement. Communicate professionally with students, families, school staff, and Planting Seeds Academic Solutions. Qualifications Previous experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or working with children is preferred. Strong knowledge of Math and English concepts appropriate for elementary and middle school students. Comfortable working with students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, energetic, reliable, and organized. Ability to make academic concepts engaging and easy to understand. Strong classroom management skills.
