In person About the Position Eye Level Learning Center is an after-school supplemental education program focused on helping students build strong Math and English skills, confidence, and independent learning habits . We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and dependable Math & English Instructor to join our team. This is a year-round, part-time position working with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade . We provide all teaching materials and training. This position is especially well suited for college students, aspiring educators, current teachers, and individuals who enjoy working with children. What You'll Do Work with students in small groups of up to 5 students , helping them complete pre-assigned learning booklets and understand new concepts. Support students in Math, Reading, Writing, Spelling, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Comprehension . Review and grade classwork and homework booklets and provide appropriate guidance. Assist multiple students who may be working at different academic levels and on different concepts at the same time . Prepare and organize the classroom before each session. Encourage students to stay motivated, focused, and confident in their learning. Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the Center Director. Participate in parent discussions when requested by the Center Director. Provide basic assistance with center operations as needed. Create a positive and engaging learning environment where students enjoy learning. Flexible Schedule We are currently hiring for the following after-school hours:

•7:00 PM You do not need to be available all three days. We offer flexibility based on your availability and our center's staffing needs. Please include the days you are available to work when applying. Because our students benefit from consistency, we prefer candidates who can commit to a regular weekly schedule once their workdays are established. Requirements Must have U.S. work authorization . Strong understanding of elementary and middle school Math concepts . Comfortable assisting students with both Math and English/Language Arts . Confident helping students with reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension. Able to work with multiple students at different academic levels simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Patient, encouraging, responsible, and enthusiastic when working with children. Dependable and punctual. Ability to make learning positive, fun, and engaging . Who Can Apply?

We provide training and all teaching materials. Compensation $14.00
