RLA (6-8) / CTE Teacher Three Way ISD Three Way ISD is looking for a passionate, student-centered educator to join our team! We are seeking a 6-8 RLA Teacher who can also support CTE courses and help continue building meaningful learning experiences for our students.

What You'll Do:

Teach middle school Reading Language Arts (6th-8th grade) Support or teach CTE courses based on certification and experience Create engaging, rigorous lessons aligned to TEKS Use data to drive instruction and support student growth Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff Collaborate with a small, supportive team focused on doing what's best for kids

What We're Looking For:

Valid Texas teaching certification (RLA 6-8 required) CTE certification or willingness to obtain (preferred) Strong classroom management and communication skills A team player who is willing to jump in and support where needed Someone who believes all students can learn at high levels Why Three Way?
