Job Description

The Division of Science, Mathematics, Engineering, & Physical Education is recruiting for an adjunct instructor to teach Mathematics in a face-to-face setting. Salary Based on Instructional Units (one instructional unit is equivalent to 16 contact hours per semester). $668.78/per instructional unit in the Fall/Spring/Summer Provide instruction to students in a meaningful classroom and/or laboratory learning environment. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field with at least 12 credit hours in mathematics. However, a minimum of a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Mathematics is required to teach credit-level math courses (unofficial transcripts are required for all graduate level work). A demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse array of students, to the community college mission, and to academic excellence. College teaching experience preferred.
