The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves teaching various mathematical concepts, including but not limited to elementary and middle school concepts to trigonometry, differential equations, and matrices, while utilizing innovative teaching methods and manipulatives to engage students effectively. Responsibilities Teach mathematical concepts such as elementary and middle school concepts to trigonometry, differential equations, and matrices, in a engaging manner. Assess student performance through assignments and tests; provide positive, constructive feedback to support their growth. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Stay updated on a Mathnasium educational learning constructs and systems of intergration Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices Requirements Pass the Mathnasium Instructor exam with questions ranging from elementary and middle school concepts to trigonometry, differential equations, and matrices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics prefered A passion for math and a commitment to student success.
