Job Description

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking to appoint outstanding scholars to tenured positions in Marketing beginning in the 2027-28 academic year. We are seeking the best possible candidates without regard to subfield of specialization. We invite applications from those who hold a PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant field(s). Members of our faculty are expected to conduct original research of exceptionally high quality, to teach effectively, and to participate in and contribute to the academic environment. Senior candidates will be judged on their established scholarship, teaching and collegiality. Each candidate should submit a curriculum vitae, course evaluations from prior teaching, at least two samples of written work, a research statement, and the names of five scholars willing to evaluate the candidate?s ability, research, and teaching.
