Description:
The Department of Psychological, Health and Learning Sciences (PHLS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston offers a broad range of graduate-level course and has occasional openings for temporary, part-time lecturers to teach for Measurement, Quantitative Methods and Learning Sciences (MQMLS) program. Lecturer appointments are made on a semester basis but may be renewed by PHLS Department as needed. Our university is located in the heart of Houston, Texas. This metropolitan area offers scholars rich urban and suburban environments in which to work and live. In addition to your CV, please attach a cover letter describing your (a) qualifications, (b) interest in the position, (c) teaching experience, and (d) teaching philosophy. Only applications with all required documents will be considered. Qualifications PhD in Educational Psychology, Learning Sciences, Measurement and Quantitative Methods or related fields. Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointment and will be requested upon selection of the final candidates.
