Available Benefits Help for . Teach a full load of mathematics classes each semester.

Work collaboratively with the Dean of Academic Services, Department Chair for Mathematics, and other faculty members in providing quality instruction and other enrichment opportunities.

Tutor all students in any setting, including college-level academic transfer courses.

Ask and answer academic questions, using examples relating to a particular subject.

Provide analytic and diagnostic services for students, increasing affective work results.

Process new students assuring individuals learning needs are met.

Provide support services required during the semester.

Evaluate and recommend tutoring materials.

May assist in tracking student performance.

Qualifications:

Must hold a Bachelors degree in a field of study related to mathematics (official transcript(s) conferring the degree must accompany the application).

Three (3) years of relevant work experience in the related academic area of study.

Willing and able to teach day or evening classes at a number of sites around the city.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be well organized, task-oriented, and flexible.

Must possess good interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a large multicultural environment.

Pay Details:

$25.00
