Programs at the Wize Computing Academy are designed to meaningfully extend STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) learning and expand a child's mind through the development of critical thinking, logic and reasoning skills. We prepare students to be the innovators, educators, leaders and learners of the 21st century! Responsibilities Effectively manage a classroom with children ages between 4 yrs to 17 yrs old. Engage students in fun and relevant coding & robotics lessons based on established curriculum and specific classroom needs Observe and track students' progress and attendance Reinforce positive student behavior and session rules Maintain a positive relationship with all students, families and staff Communicate with management to discuss member progress, needs, and concerns. Qualifications Education, training, or experience in technology, teaching and related areas Experience working with children preferred Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team Ability to adapt to a changing environment and address varying needs Clear background check is mandatory Join us in shaping bright futures by inspiring young minds through innovative teaching methods!
