Before/After School Group Leader Schedule:

M-F 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (hours may vary)

Oro Valley, AZ 85742/85755 We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain) Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) 18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience is preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be registered (or become registered) and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agency Why Join Us?
