Key Responsibilities:

Create a dynamic classroom environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and a culture of respect and learning. Maintain regular communication with school administrators regarding research-based best practices, curriculum initiatives, and assessment strategies. Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for all subjects, and provide individualized or small-group support to meet the diverse needs of students. Engage students in meaningful discussions and activities that align with Arizona State Standards and the school's academic curriculum.

Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified to teach. Arizona Teacher Certification is preferred, but not required. At least two years of classroom teaching experience is preferred. A valid Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
