Length of Work Year 187 Employment Type Part Time Job Summary Job Summary Brisbane School Districts seek one 50% Middle School Intervention & Enrichment teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the site principal, provides leadership and support for the assessment and implementation of the District's 6-8th grade curriculum and instruction programs at the middle school. May coordinate and schedule academic interventions (including acceleration) for students in math, science, english language arts, social science; communicate which interventions are needed and used for direct instruction; work collaboratively with teachers and paraprofessionals; train staff on the use of research based interventions; model lessons for teachers; monitor student progress; and deliver targeted instruction during intervention to identified students based on data. This role may also extend learning opportunities for students who demonstrate advanced understanding in assigned subjects. The Intervention and Enrichment Teacher is accountable for promoting standards-based literacy and numeracy instruction across the content areas using a multi-tiered approach and evidence-based interventions.
