PRIMARY FUNCTION

Under the direction of the Child Development Program Director, provide a sound educational program utilizing the most effective instructional and motivational techniques, to work in close cooperation with students, parents, fellow teachers and administrators, and to instruct, guide, supervise, discipline, and counsel pre-school age children; to enforce all rules, regulations and policies of the state and local Governing Board, to carry out all conditions, prescribed in the approved curriculum of the school and in the Education Code; and to perform other duties as required. This position is located at the Carmelo Child Development Center. Based on program needs and the applicant's experience, the assignment may be in a UPK, Pre-K, toddler, or infant classroom.

Educational incentive:

Bachelor's

• $1,000, Master's
• $2,000, Doctorate
