Responsibilities Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety through attentive child supervision and childcare practices Plan and lead engaging activities that promote childhood development, including arts, crafts, outdoor play, and educational games Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques and classroom management skills Implement first aid protocols promptly when necessary, including CPR and AED operation, to address minor injuries or emergencies Facilitate youth group activities and camp-style experiences that foster teamwork, leadership, and social skills Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child development Qualifications Experience working with children in educational, childcare, daycare, babysitting, or camp settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Knowledge of basic first aid protocols is a plus :
CPR, AED
certifications is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead youth programs or facilitate youth group activities effectively Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors positively
Schedule :
