Job Description

Shalom Preschool & Afterschool is a Christian based program that encourages a learning environment which stimulates and nurtures children's growth/development. Our curriculum is developmentally safe that will prepare children for success in school as well as in their personal lives. We are currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic afterschool teacher.
Education:
High school degree; currently in college majoring in Child Development/Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, Physical Education, Recreation, Communication, Education, Counseling/School Psychology(must have at least 3 units) Job Description Ability to supervise multiple students at one time Knowledge in basic-level English/Math/Science/History in order to answer students' questions Skill in organization, time management, organize worksheets/resources, and assessing various situations Ability to assist students on their workbooks by answering their questions and explaining how to solve problems Background check required upon hire.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 13.0 - 17.0 per week
