• As a Behavior Technician, you'll make a meaningful impact every day by supporting children and adults with special needs in school settings.

You'll work closely with teachers, school teams, and behavioral specialists to help students build positive skills, meet learning goals, and navigate challenges with confidence. If you're patient, compassionate, and excited about helping others thrive, this role is a great fit.

• What You'll Need:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + Two years of pediatric experience preferred (school, childcare, ABA, or similar) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years old
