Job Description

We are seeking motivated, responsible, and caring individuals to join our team as Center Assistants at our after-school learning center. This position is ideal for high school juniors/seniors, early college students, stay-at-home parents, or individuals looking for meaningful part-time work in an educational environment. Candidates should enjoy working with children, have strong academic skills, and be interested in supporting students in a structured and positive learning setting.
Responsibilities:
Grade student classwork and homework assignments Observe students and provide guidance as directed by the Instructor Assist early learners (ages 3-6) with focus and basic academic skills Support general center operations and organization Help maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in high school-level Math and/or English Willingness to work with early learners (ages 3-6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Available to work at least one weekday evening Minimum 6-month commitment required
