You will also:

Deliver engaging, well-structured math and science lessons that support student learning and growth Provide personalized instruction to meet individual student needs and promote interactive learning Develop and distribute educational materials such as notes, summaries, assignments, and assessments Assess student progress, provide timely feedback and grades, and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success Participate actively in school meetings, events, and professional development opportunities Plan and facilitate dynamic educational activities both inside and outside the classroom Address student behavioral concerns promptly and compassionately, reporting serious concerns as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, Science, or a related field Valid teaching certificate preferred Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferred Experience teaching middle school math and/or science Strong knowledge of educational best practices and age-appropriate instruction Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills Creative, energetic, and well-organized educator with high ethical standards Genuine passion for teaching and supporting student growth To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
