• Janitorial Operations (Contract) Sida's Janitorial Operations is seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to support and oversee expanding janitorial operations throughout the Sacramento, Stockton/Central Valley, and Oakland/Bay Area regions.

This is an independent contractor/subcontractor opportunity and is not being offered as a traditional employee position. Responsibilities Coordinate janitorial operations and assigned client accounts throughout designated service areas. Coordinate Field Leads, cleaning teams, on-call subcontractors, and other approved subcontractors as needed. Assist with recruiting, contractor coverage, scheduling, and deployment for new and existing accounts. Conduct or coordinate job-site inspections and quality-control follow-up. Assist with launching new commercial, residential turnover, post-construction, trash-out, and other janitorial service contracts. Maintain professional communication with clients and address service concerns promptly. Identify and assist with appropriate new business and contract opportunities. Maintain operational documentation and provide regular updates to company ownership. Help ensure efficient use of labor, supplies, and operational resources. Travel throughout assigned service regions when required for approved business needs. Qualifications Prior management, supervisory, or operations experience required. Janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities, property management, hospitality, or related service-industry experience strongly preferred. Experience coordinating teams, schedules, client accounts, quality control, and problem resolution. Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned service areas. Compensation & Contract Structure Contract rate: $30

• 35 per hour , based on experience and assignment.

Work opportunities and hours may vary based on active client contracts, regional workload, operational needs, and company growth. No minimum number of weekly hours is guaranteed. Eligible contractors may qualify for quarterly performance incentives based on new active contract growth and overall operational performance. Authorized business travel may qualify for mileage reimbursement in accordance with the applicable written contract/company policy. Independent Contractor/Subcontractor Status This opportunity is intended as an independent contractor/subcontractor engagement. Contractors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, registrations, insurance, tax obligations, and other documentation required for their business and assigned services. Final engagement is subject to completion and approval of Sida's contractor documentation and applicable legal requirements.
