Job Overview We are seeking passionate Folklórico Dance Instructors to educate (Tk-4) students in global dance traditions. This role involves designing curriculum, leading energetic classes, and fostering cultural appreciation through movement and performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, inclusive folk dance instruction and choreography. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and restorative strategies. Prepare instructional materials and ensure student safety at all times. Keep inventory of Performance materials. Collaborate with site leads and participate in professional development. Organize showcases to highlight student progress and celebrate traditions. Requirements Passion for teaching school-age children. Proven expertise in folk or traditional dance instruction and choreography. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan clearance and submit TB test results. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged students Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
