Experience in elementary education, STEM, science, cooking, child development, or a related field.The Mindset:
A passion for encouraging curiosity and creative expression while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom.The Soft Skills:
Patience, adaptability, classroom management, and strong communication with students, parents, and school staff. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children (Grades TK-5). Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students. Must pass background checks and a TB test. Reliable transportation to program locations. Ability to lift and carry program supplies (up to 20 lbs.).Compensation & Logistics Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hourTerm:
Mid-September - Mid-November/December (Fall Semester)Commitment:
