CineCraft Kids . You will foster a safe, engaging space where kids develop practical basic filmmaking skills, explore visual storytelling, and build team collaboration. About Our Program CineCraft Kids A hands-on filmmaking course where students in grades 1-5 write scripts, act, direct, and design props across genres like superhero action, sci-fi, and mystery. Instructors direct the creative chaos and guide collaborative teamwork, which is later edited into a final class film. Monte Sereno on Fridays, September 25 - November 20 | 2:45 PM - 3:45

Enthusiastic, high-energy, and capable of keeping elementary-aged students motivated after the regular school day.

The Background:

Experience in elementary education, youth recreation, filmmaking, storytelling, theater, or video production.

Focused on fostering creativity, teamwork, and confidence in a safe, structured environment.

The Soft Skills:

Patience, adaptability, strong classroom presence, and excellent communication skills. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience teaching or working with elementary-aged children (Grades 1-5). Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students. Must pass a background check and TB test. Reliable transportation to commute to Monte Sereno, CA. Ability to lift and carry program supplies (up to 20 lbs.).

Compensation & Schedule Rate:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
