POSITION SUMMARY

As an After-School Program Leader, you'll help bring our program to life by engaging students in enriching activities alongside our Site Leader. You'll foster a safe, clean, and welcoming space, build connections with families, and support kids as they learn and grow. Perfect for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a difference.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead daily lessons and activities that spark excitement and curiosity.
• Supervise and ensure a safe, fun, and engaging space for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
• Attend family nights, staff meetings, and fun development activities.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged and smiling.

Job Type:

Part-time Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week Typical schedule is approximately 12:30pm-6pm, with some variability based on program needs.
