Pay:
$24.00•$28.00 per hour Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of leaders? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Leadership (Mentoring) Instructor to lead engaging after-school programs that help students develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and positive decision-making skills. As the instructor, you will create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can strengthen leadership abilities through interactive activities, group discussions, team-building exercises, community-focused projects, and hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring youth, serving as a positive role model, and helping students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Program Schedule Grades 1-6

2:30 PM•7:00 PM Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate leadership and mentoring activities. Foster confidence, teamwork, communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Encourage students to demonstrate responsibility, respect, and positive character. Facilitate engaging discussions, team challenges, and leadership projects. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Supervise students throughout the program and ensure their well-being. Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and program coordinators. Arrive prepared with organized lesson plans and materials. Qualifications Experience working with children or teens in educational, recreational, mentoring, or youth development settings preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Reliable, organized, patient, and enthusiastic. Passion for helping young people develop leadership and life skills.
