We are seeking positive, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about making a difference! Work directly with an assigned group of approximately 20 youth, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor.
KEY ROLES
(Job Responsibilities): Must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for the youth you work with. The ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our youth the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed. Ensure that youth reach their potential by expressing a tremendous amount of hard work, flexibility, and commitment. Youth Development Professionals MUST be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Wednesdays from 12:15 pm to 6:00 pm The Summer program operates from 7:00am- 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, not including Club holidays.
