Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a passionate and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Thornton . This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher seeking a part-time role, working 3 days per week , covering Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time across the school. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while ensuring consistency and continuity for pupils. The Role As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where appropriate Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within a primary school setting Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities The flexibility and confidence to work across different year groups A commitment to promoting pupil achievement and wellbeing
