Carteret Management is seeking a part time
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR
to maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children while promoting the philosophy revolving around our Organization's Core Values of customer service, communication, and competence ." Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Appropriately supervise children participating in the program. Implement activities that are appropriate for school age children. Assist children with homework completion. Maintain attendance records and other administrative tasks, as needed. Assist in the selection of books, equipment and other instructional materials. Provide support to Property Manager in daily office duties.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent education. Experience working with children. Awareness of the unique needs of children and appropriate expectations of their abilities. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of people. Strong communication skills. Consistently positive, professional and friendly demeanor. A Drug Free Workplace
