Assist children with homework and academic enrichment activities. Plan and lead engaging games, arts and crafts, STEM activities, outdoor play, and group projects. Build positive relationships with children and encourage teamwork, confidence, and respect. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and behavior. Follow all licensing regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Training completed. Authorized to work in the United States. Professional English communication skills. Dependable, patient, energetic, and able to work well in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with school-age children (5-11 years old) or in a licensed childcare setting. Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
