PM Compensation:
Trial Period Starting at $16/hour with performance-based increases up to $25/hour About Little Luminaries Little Luminaries is a small-group homeschool learning program serving elementary-aged children in a warm, engaging, and academically focused environment. We combine core academics with creativity, life skills, entrepreneurship, and enrichment activities designed to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. The program launches as an in-person educational environment with the potential for future online teaching opportunities as enrollment and operations expand. QualificationsRequired Clear, articulate verbal communication skills Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance Genuine enthusiasm for working with children Positive, energetic, and engaging personality Reliable transportation Ability to create a structured, encouraging, and fun learning environment Preferred Experience teaching, tutoring, homeschooling, childcare, nannying, camp counseling, coaching, or youth programs Experience working with elementary-aged children Familiarity with virtual learning platforms Teaching certification is not required. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Warm, cheerful, and naturally enthusiastic Bubbly, expressive, and animated when teaching Patient, nurturing, and encouraging Dependable and organized Professional in both appearance and communication Comfortable speaking with both children and parents Passionate about helping young learners succeed Responsibilities Lead daily instruction for elementary-aged students Facilitate lessons in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies Support hands-on projects, enrichment activities, and creative learning experiences Foster student engagement, participation, and confidence Monitor student progress and classroom behavior Maintain a positive and welcoming classroom culture Communicate professionally with families as needed Assist with classroom preparation and organization Compensation & Growth This position begins with a paid trial period at $16/hour . We will begin With 12 hours a week, until you are fully trained and a third Student is enrolled. The trial period allows both the instructor and Little Luminaries to determine whether the position is a strong long-term fit.
