We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Third Grade Teacher who loves working with children and is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Florida State Standards. Foster a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Integrate Christian values and Biblical principles into daily instruction. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student records. Post weekly lesson plans in the school's learning management system. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and daily devotions. Encourage students academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Work collaboratively with school leadership and fellow teachers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (preferred). Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility to obtain one is preferred. Previous elementary teaching experience is preferred. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for Christian education and serving students with love and excellence. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
