The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and address any concerns.
