The kind of person who raises the standard instead of meeting the minimum. What You'll Do Guide learners (6-15) through self-directed learning. Lead powerful Socratic discussions by asking great questions—not giving answers. Create meaningful projects, challenges, and experiences. Coach children to solve their own problems instead of solving them for them. Help facilitate our after-school program (3:00-5:00 PM). We Value Entrepreneurial mindset. Leadership experience (education, business, coaching, camps, youth programs, sports, military, nonprofits—we care more about leadership than titles). Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly. Personal ownership, resilience, and a growth mindset. We Don't Hire People who need constant supervision. Clock-watchers. Victim mentality.
