Permission To Succeed Education Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teacher for Grades 6-8 to join their team. Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with grade 6-8 curriculum standards Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that supports student growth Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and ongoing evaluations Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of middle school students Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student performance and behavior Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions Implement classroom management strategies that promote respect and accountability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject area Valid Florida Teaching Certificate or eligibility to obtain one Prior experience teaching middle school students (Grades 6-8) preferred Strong knowledge of middle school curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues Patient, motivating, and student-centered teaching approach
