Job Description

Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County is hiring part-time after-school program staff (called Youth Development Professionals). We are currently hiring for our James Stephens Elementary unit. This position's hours are 2pm-6pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional opportunities for extra hours. Perfect for college students or anyone who needs a second job!
What we offer:
A safe, fun environment where you will work with youth, ages 11-14 years old Flexible scheduling- if you are a student or have another job, we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Full paid training- hands on and specialized trainings Duties will include: Homework help Leading games and activities inside and outside Implementing BGCA lesson plans, including Smart Moves, Triple Play, and more. Cleaning up daily and being a team player Closely supervising and engaging with children.
Requirements:
Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Must complete a level 2 background screening once hired. •There may be a fee for this if you're not in the system from a previous background check.• CPR certification required- must be completed within first week of employment.
