The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and character development in students from grades K-12. Responsibilities Deliver engaging elementary, middle, and high school instruction using student-centered, IT-integrated lessons while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Manage classroom routines, assess learning progress, and adapt instruction to diverse learning styles and backgrounds. Collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents, and participate in curriculum development and implementation. Administer or support standardized assessments, provide tutoring as needed, and support students with special needs or English language learners. Maintain accurate records, uphold school policies, and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Experience teaching elementary, middle, and high school students Strong classroom management and behavior support Curriculum development and implementation with diverse learners Proficiency in proofreading, LMS and learning technology integration Effective parent communication and collaboration with families Familiarity with standardized testing, tutoring, and educational administration Ability to adapt instruction to various learning styles and cultural backgrounds Prior experience with private or diverse school settings is a plus
