Responsibilities:
An afterschool program Staff is responsible for supervising students after school hours, providing academic support like homework assistance, organizing enrichment activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive learning environment, often incorporating fun and engaging activities to complement what students learn during the regular school day. Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Communicate with parents. Maintain the health and safety of all students
Facility Maintenance Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, Physical education, teaching, or other related fields is preferred, but not mandatory. Passionate about working with children is a must. Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pass a level 2 background screening https://info.flclearinghouse.com Current 45 hours, CDA or FCCPC a plus Monday -Friday hours from 1:30pm- 6pm Full time hours are available if requested

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
